My husband and I live in Minnesota with our one-year-old son. While of MN roots, we spent a couple of years living in California, which is where our son was born (a whirlwind of a story). I’m a “stay-at-home mom” and truly love it (even on the most challenging days). Nothing has taught me more about God’s unending grace and unconditional love than motherhood.
I particularly enjoy reading books, going for walks, cooking, eating dark chocolate (every.day.), sending snail mail, making lists, talking about all things parenthood, and dancing to Elvis music around the house with my son. I’m a former teacher and holistic health coach, and I dream of one day writing a book and being a published author.
A Midwestern girl, I live in Indiana with my husband and one year-old daughter. When I’m not dancing to the Pandora toddler station, taking my daughter to story time or picking up Cheerios off of the floor, I work from home as a freelance editor and writer. Only slightly crunchy, I’m a bottle feeding, babywearing, (unintentionally, and only sometimes) bed-sharing mama. In this season of life, pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood intrigue me.
I enjoy working out, guilty pleasure TV, baking, listening to podcasts and going for walks. I wear a lot of hats, but the “mommy” one is my favorite.
I’m a mom to a one-and-a-half year old girl with another baby girl on the way, a military spouse, and photographer living in Hawaii. I’ve been married to my best friend for going on five years.
I’m a fitness lover and runner, avid reader, and while I don’t love cooking that much, I could bake all day. I am type-A to my core but still learning to give myself grace every day.
My daughter and I maintain an active lifestyle and love to be out and about. Between walks, a local stroller running group, play dates and time at the beach, we stay very busy. I love doing life with my little side kick and can’t wait to add another to our family soon.
